In April, HAECO Group took part in one of the industry’s largest maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) trade shows, MRO Americas, held at Atlanta in Georgia. Organised by leading industry publication, Aviation Week, the event attracted over 15,000 attendees and over 870 exhibitors this year, bringing together aviation professionals from MROs, airlines, suppliers and OEMs to exchange ideas and share experience and knowledge.
During the three-day event, HAECO Group proudly announced the expansion of its Composite Services from Jinjiang, China, to Greensboro, North Carolina in the US. The new facility, located within HAECO Americas, will include full composite shop capabilities, offering a local solution to customers in North America.
With representatives from the Group’s US, Hong Kong and Mainland China operations gathered at the event to introduce visitors to HAECO’s comprehensive services and capabilities, the company also took the opportunity to hold its first annual Sales Summit. The meeting allowed different sales teams across the Group to share best practices, leverage synergies and collaborate on promoting HAECO Group’s comprehensive product and service offerings.
Another highlight of the event was the annual Aerospace Maintenance Competition. For the fourth consecutive year, the HAECO Americas mechanics team competed against 80 teams in 30 events, demonstrating HAECO’s wide-ranging technical expertise.
