On 19 June, Chin Tang-sam, HAECO Support Services Manager (Base Maintenance), was awarded Cathay Pacific Airways’ “High Performing Partner Award” for services that consistently exceed the airline’s expectations.
Upholding HAECO’s signature can-do spirit, Mr. Chin has led his team in performing out-of-manual component repairs and established new repair capabilities to complete tasks. These efforts have helped Cathay Pacific enjoy significant savings in both repair costs and turnaround time by obviating the need to obtain replacement components from overseas.
The “High Performing Partner Award” is organised by Cathay Pacific’s Engineering Department to recognise partners who consistently deliver excellent support or services and create extra value for Cathay Pacific and Dragonair.
