HAECO Xiamen recently completed airframe services and cabin modifications on a Boeing 747-400 aircraft for Virgin Atlantic Airways. The service scope included a C-check and extensive cabin upgrade, focusing on the first class and business class areas of the aircraft. Major tasks completed in the project included reconfiguration of the upper deck, lavatory relocation, galley installation, Wi-Fi modification, a full-cabin IFE upgrade and mood-lighting control modification.
HAECO Xiamen has extensive experience in cabin modification, having completed more than 300 projects, covering a wide range of aircraft types, for airlines around the world, including Virgin Atlantic’s Gatwick-based 747s in 2012.
