HAECO Component Services has recently established a new team: “Group Component Services Commercial” brings together its supply chain management and commercial procurement functions within HAECO Group’s Inventory Technical Management (ITM) and Component Repair and Overhaul (CRO) business units.
HAECO Component Services is committed to providing a comprehensive range of component solutions to airlines and aircraft operators worldwide, including the provision of rotable spares, component repair and overhaul. In light of the growing importance of commercial activities in the component services supply chain, the new team will focus on strengthening supplier management and developing new partnerships with aerospace OEMs.
This new function enables HAECO Group’s various component businesses to work more effectively together, further enhancing the competitiveness of its service offering and thereby creating more value for end customers.
