Technical Training
Developing Mainland aircraft engineering talent

HAECO Xiamen Technical Training, the training arm of the HAECO Group, has recently collaborated with a number of rapidly developing Mainland Chinese airline operators to provide CCAR-147 Basic Skills Training for their personnel.

In September, HAECO Xiamen welcomed the first intake of eight trainees from Yangtze River Express Airlines and 58 trainees from Kunming Airlines for its CCAR-147 Basic Skills Training (Avionics) course and CCAR-147 Basic Skills Training (Mechanical and Electrical) course.  By obtaining the CCAR-147 Basic Skills Training Certificate, the trainees will not be required to undergo practical assessment when they sit the CCAR-66 licence examination in the future - thus helping to speed up the talent-development process.

Also in September, HAECO Xiamen welcomed six trainees from Beijing JunHeSheng Aviation, who joined a 14-month CCAR-147 Basic Skills Training course.

To meet the increasing demand for skilled aircraft engineering personnel in Mainland China, HAECO Xiamen Technical Training will continue to develop and enhance its collaborative relationships with Mainland airlines.
