In March, HAECO Hong Kong won the Best Mobile Apps (Enterprise Solutions) Gold Award for its mobile application, HAECO Mobile – Line Services at The Hong Kong ICT Awards 2017.
HAECO Hong Kong provides round-the-clock aircraft engineering and maintenance services to over 100 airlines at the Hong Kong International Airport, and its Line Services team handles over 300 transit checks each day and more than 110,000 flight movements annually. To enhance productivity and communication in an environmental-friendly manner, HAECO Hong Kong has introduced the HAECO Mobile – Line Services app, providing frontline staff members with an integrated mobile communication platform to access various work-related information anytime, anywhere.
Features of the HAECO Mobile – Line Services app include access to flight information, assignments for individual staff, notifications of flight changes and weather alerts, real-time deployment of resources such as aircraft parts and tooling, work status updates and more. A part of HAECO Hong Kong’s continuous efforts to improve IT and mobile technology, the award-winning app has been proven to bring about increased work efficiency, more effective communication, improved customer satisfaction and higher productivity.
