HAECO is committed to providing a nurturing and supportive working environment for its staff, whatever their gender, race, age, ability, or sexual orientation - believing an inclusive workplace, where individuals can thrive and develop to their full potential, brings benefits for all. On 19 November, HAECO celebrated Pink Friday – an initiative first launched in 2014 in Hong Kong. Staff in Hong Kong and the Americas - including core members of the HAECO Ethnicity Network and HAECO Women’s Network - dressed in pink to show their support for LGBT+ inclusion. The event offered an opportunity for HAECO to demonstrate its commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace – which is one of the key focus areas for sustainable development identified by the Swire group.
