HAECO Group has welcomed the Joint Maintenance Management Cooperation Arrangement (Cooperation Arrangement) recently signed by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong (CAD) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Macau (AACM). The new Cooperation Arrangement enables mutual recognition of aircraft maintenance licences issued by all three authorities, so that licence holders can work in aircraft maintenance organisations across the Chinese Mainland, the Hong Kong SAR and the Macau SAR.
The new Cooperation Arrangement will facilitate the movement of aircraft maintenance licence holders around China and will enable HAECO to tap into a wider pool of aircraft maintenance professionals by increasing employment opportunities across the region.
