HAECO returns to MRO events

After an almost three-year hiatus, HAECO has re-joined industry partners in showcasing our products and services at key trade events in 2022.

Following a successful debut at MRO Americas in April, the Hong Kong-based teams from Group Commercial Asia Pacific, Global Engine Support, Inventory Technical Management and Component Overhaul took part in MRO Asia Pacific 2022 in Singapore in September. HAECO’s Chief Commercial Officer, Richard Kendall, was also there to kick off the Group’s participation in a panel discussion on the global aviation industry’s recovery trajectory and geopolitical pressures. Richard shared his views on global trends and influences on the Asia Pacific market, focusing particularly on China, which is key to recovery in the region.

Raymond Leung, Vice President Group Commercial Asia Pacific said: “It was wonderful to return to MRO Asia Pacific after more than two years. Right after the event we saw major markets, such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan, announcing easing of quarantine measures for inbound travellers, which has further boosted international air travel recovery within the region. HAECO is very optimistic about the recovery and long-term growth of air travel and MRO demand from airlines and operators in the Asia Pacific. We have always been forward-looking in what we do and will continue to invest in our capability and services, in order to meet the needs of our existing and new customers.”

In October, the Europe-based teams from Group Commercial Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Global Engine Support were delighted to meet customers and business partners in person at MRO Europe 2022 in London.

“Every engagement we had with our customers was invaluable and worth the wait,” said Klaus-Peter Leinauer, Vice President Group Commercial Europe, Middle East and Africa. “The tradeshow was a great venue to meet with existing business partners, to promote HAECO as a trusted partner for top-notch aircraft engineering solutions, and to develop future collaboration with potential new customers. We are already looking forward to next year’s conferences and exhibitions.”
