On 14 December last year, a graduation ceremony for HAECO Hong Kong trainees was held at the SkyCity Marriott Hotel. The event marked the graduation and official entry into the aircraft engineering industry of over 170 hard-working young students.
HAECO Hong Kong offers various training programmes to young people with a passion for aviation, helping them to become skilled mechanics and engineers, and offering equal opportunities to young men and women for development and growth.
Clement Au, General Manager, Training, said: “It is always exciting to see a new batch of trainees graduating, passing an important milestone in their career in aircraft maintenance. They are also graduating in time to support the increasing traffic in and out of Hong Kong International Airport, as we get reconnected with the rest of the world. HAECO is recruiting increasing numbers of trainees to join our exciting journey, as we restore Hong Kong to its rightful position as one of the world’s great aviation hubs.”
