Component Services
AEO Certification

HAECO Composite Services has been recognised as an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) on the Chinese Mainland. The company is the first enterprise in Quanzhou to obtain the certification under the new AEO standards released in October last year and is the second business entity after HAECO Xiamen to obtain this advanced accreditation.

AEO is a key part of a framework developed by the World Customs Organisation to help support and ensure security of global trade, by establishing common systems for customs organisations worldwide. AEO certification recognises enterprises with an elevated level of compliance, creditworthiness, and security, enabling them to access preferential customs services such as priority goods inspections, lower inspection rates, faster customs clearances, and designated customs liaison officers. HAECO Composite Services has worked closely with the Chinese Customs to achieve this certification, which will enhance the company’s ability to import and export components in the fastest possible times to meet its customers’ needs.

Chong Tat Nyin, Vice President of Aftermarket Business Development at HAECO Composite Services said: “These benefits will strengthen HAECO Composite Services’ capabilities in providing AOG support for airline customers, while enhancing ties between Customs and our enterprise.”
