Goodrich Asia-Pacific Limited (GAP), a joint venture between Goodrich Corporation and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited, celebrated its 30th anniversary in January, with an event to mark the occasion at HAECO’s facility in Hong Kong.
Richard Sell, Chief Executive Officer of HAESL, and a Director of GAP, said: “We have dedicated 30 years of product innovation, engineering, and efficiencies to providing our airline customers with the highest levels of service across the Asia Pacific region. This is an incredible milestone, and our success would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff in ensuring they not only meet but exceed our service standards and stringent engineering procedures.”
Joel Miller, Director of Wheel and Brake MRO at Goodrich’s parent company, Collins Aerospace, said: “GAP specializes in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft wheel and braking systems for a range of commercial aircraft, and we are proud to have serviced almost half a million units since the site’s formation in 1992. We look forward to continuing to provide the highest levels of support to serve our customers.”
