The Group’s diversity and inclusion initiatives have led to HAECO being named as a Diversity Champion at the 2022 Talent Awards, organised by LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
The annual event recognises companies shaping the future of the workplace by demonstrating adaptability, innovation, and creativity. The Diversity Champion is one of the six award categories, highlighting companies and their employees who have initiated meaningful conversations around Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity.

Taking D&I efforts to the next level, HAECO CrossGen Allies was established in December 2022. The Allies aim to bridge the gap between different age groups, providing a communication channel for knowledge exchange and cross-generational conversation, and building a diverse and inclusive work environment which is age-neutral.
