As summer comes to an end, HAECO proudly celebrates the contributions of our summer interns, who dedicated eight weeks to our operations. Stepping into the dynamic world of MRO services for the first time, our interns expressed that they felt valued, supported, and motivated to contribute their talents to our organisation.

Reflecting on their experience, Sarar shared pride in being part of a renowned global company: "It’s amazing to know I’m contributing to a company that’s recognised worldwide." Many highlighted HAECO's inspiring culture, which encouraged them to pursue their projects without pressure. "I felt inspired to see my projects through," remarked Dennis.

A strong sense of community was integral to their experience. As Fahim put it, "Everyone here is eager to help. It’s like having a second family." Interns also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to learn and grow. "I’m grateful for this chance and the amazing people I've met," said Michael.

HAECO’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity fostered a dynamic working environment filled with rich perspectives. "It was one of the reasons I applied to HAECO," noted Abdur. "The diversity here fosters creativity and innovation, and I felt I could bring my whole self to work."

As we conclude this year’s internship programme, we celebrate not only our interns’ contributions but also the new friendships they formed and the supportive culture at HAECO.
