Fostering an inclusive culture through experience sharing

Creating a culture of inclusivity and support is a core commitment, and sharing personal experiences among team members plays a vital role in this effort.

In August, our Group Director of Human Resources, Raymond So, provided invaluable insights from his career at HAECO and Swire. His stories emphasised the importance of work-life balance and the value of a mixed-gender workforce, offering practical advice for overcoming challenges in both professional and personal spheres.
