HAECO’s 12th China Customer Summit took place in Dalian on 5 - 6 September, bringing together over 80 distinguished customers from the Chinese Mainland for two days of dynamic exchange and networking. Attendees of the event included the “big three” airlines – Air China, China Eastern Airlines, and China Southern Airlines – as well as the HNA Group, various passenger and cargo airlines, business jet operators, leasing companies, and more.
During the summit, Gerald Steinhoff, Chief Commercial Officer of HAECO and other senior management representatives provided participants with insights into the innovative and sustainable development initiatives, recent milestones and new capabilities of HAECO. An interactive panel featuring guest speakers from Eastern Airlines Technic, China Postal Airlines, Jiangxi Airlines, and Sino Jet was held in the afternoon, offering attendees valuable perspectives on the application of technology in aircraft maintenance.
The summit concluded with an appreciation dinner and live performances to create memorable experiences for our guests. The gathering allowed HAECO representatives to forge deeper connections with customers and gain a better understanding of their future needs.
