What has been the most talked-about event this summer, if not the Paris Olympics? Embracing the unique spirit of the games, our Hong Kong team organised its very own HAECO Olympics and HAECO Summer Cup to foster the spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie at HAECO.
Over three action-packed days, over 130 colleagues came together to compete in five sports for the HAECO Olympics: dodgeball, flyball, floor curling, dodgebee and archery tag. Meanwhile, HAECO Summer Cup saw 12 teams and over 50 participants competing in five rounds of soccer, culminating in a championship match on 11 September. The finals were a true spectacle, as over 150 enthusiastic cheerleaders pushed everyone’s energy and excitement to an all-time high.
It was exhilarating to watch the Olympics spirit come alive through the games at HAECO. They provided a great opportunity for our colleagues to challenge themselves to some good healthy fun, bond as a team, and create unforgettable memories on the field together. Let’s continue to cultivate the Olympic spirit of fun, sportsmanship, teamwork, camaraderie at HAECO until the next games!
