Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week in Lake City

As a leading global player in the aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) industry, HAECO is committed to fostering a strong talent pipeline and a skilled workforce for the sustainable future of aviation.

In honor of U.S. National Apprenticeship Week, held from November 18 to 22, HAECO Americas celebrated the talented apprentices and dedicated instructors involved in their apprenticeship program in Lake City, Florida. HAECO’s two-year apprenticeship program offers students a clear pathway to becoming Interiors or Structures Mechanics. It begins with seven weeks of paid technical instruction, followed by hands-on training in our hangar, where apprentices work under the guidance of experienced aircraft technicians.
