HAECO has entered into an exciting partnership with Zhuhai Technician College (ZTC) to cultivate a robust talent pipeline for the aviation industry within the Greater Bay Area. This collaboration aims to enhance maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) capabilities while optimising aviation training resources in the region.
The partnership will focus on several key initiatives. In the short term, selected HAECO training courses will be offered at ZTC to maximise resource efficiency. These courses will cover essential skills such as tool usage, basic craftsmanship, sheet metal work, avionics fundamentals, and safety protocols.
In the medium term, HAECO and ZTC will work together to create HAECO-branded aviation and maintenance courses tailored for ZTC students. This strategic initiative aims to equip the next generation of aviation professionals with the expertise needed to excel in the industry.
Looking to the future, the partnership will explore the feasibility of establishing a dedicated aviation maintenance training institution at ZTC’s facility, furthering solidifying HAECO’s commitment to nurturing future aviation talents.
