Creating a mentally healthy workplace

HAECO organised a Mental Health First Aid training for six of our staff at HAECO Global Engine Support in London, showing our commitment to fostering a supportive and mental health-friendly workplace.

This comprehensive training programme aimed to equip our employees with the skills and knowledge to assist colleagues facing mental health challenges. By doing so, we are hoping to create a safer and more empathetic work environment where everyone feels supported.

This initiative represents a positive step forward in our commitment to creating a more understanding and compassionate workplace. We are proud of our staff's dedication to this important cause and look forward to the positive impact it will have on our organization and its culture.
