HAECO expands capabilities with new Global Engine Support facility in Dallas

With support from the City of Dallas. HAECO has established a new, state-of-the-art facility that began operations in January 2025. Spanning 290,000 square feet, this new facility will significantly enhance HAECO's capabilities in the industrialization and repair of next-generation aircraft engines, while also creating numerous job opportunities in the region.

 

“This relocation marks an important step in HAECO's growth strategy for its engine business. The new facility will allow the company to increase production capacity and meet the rising demand for advanced aircraft engine repair services,” said Jim Clarke, Executive Vice President of HAECO Global Engine Support Americas.

 

By integrating cutting-edge engineering technologies, HAECO aims to strengthen its position as a leader in the competitive engine MRO sector. The Dallas facility will serve as a key centre for the lease redelivery of major engine models, complementing HAECO's existing facilities in Hong Kong, London, and Amsterdam. With expertise in engine installation, advanced tooling, and comprehensive training, HAECO will be better equipped to meet the diverse engine needs of its global customers.

 

In addition, the company plans to implement training and development programmes designed to build a skilled workforce in the Dallas area. These initiatives are expected to create over 100 new jobs, boosting the local economy and supporting regional businesses.
