HAECO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) to enhance aviation training and education. This partnership, signed in January 2025, aims to develop youth initiatives that will benefit both organizations.
The agreement focuses on creating cooperative aviation training programs, certification courses, and tailored educational offerings. It also includes mutual support in marketing and recruitment, as well as sharing information on course development. Students will gain access to externships, internships, scholarships, and conditional job offers upon graduation.
As a leading higher education institution in Vietnam, VAA is committed to training skilled professionals for the aviation sector. HAECO, with its established training facilities in Hong Kong and Xiamen, provides approved training and examination services for airlines, MROs, and other aviation companies.
This MOU is expected to maximize the training resources and capabilities of both organizations, enhancing talent development and strengthening aircraft maintenance expertise on a global scale.
