In July, HAECO Group was appointed by Rolls-Royce as the first authorised on-wing services provider in the Asia Pacific region. On-wing services are jointly provided by HAECO Hong Kong and Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL), and currently cover Rolls-Royce engine models RB211, Trent 500, Trent 700 and Trent 800 as well as the IAE V2500.  HAECO plans to extend on-wing services to the Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB engine models.

For over 60 years, HAECO Hong Kong has provided support to around 70 airlines through its line maintenance operations at Hong Kong International Airport and as the Rolls-Royce civil engine fleet continues to expand, the company is well-positioned to support that growth.
