In September, HAECO took part in the Airline Engineering & Maintenance – China & East Asia Conference, held in Hong Kong. HAECO Group Assistant General Manager, Materials Management & Supply Chain, Patrick Ma, shared his views on inventory management: outlining efficiency tools and best practices to help curb costs and improve turn-around-time.

Organised by MRO Network, the two-day event offered aviation and MRO professionals active networking opportunities and explored ways in which airlines and suppliers can optimise maintenance planning to effectively manage expanding fleets.

The conference brought together around 120 participants from the aviation community, including regulatory officials, airlines, MROs, OEMs, aircraft lessors and other industry stakeholders.
