In September, HAECO Xiamen and Hong Kong-based low-cost carrier HK Express signed an airframe maintenance services agreement. Under the agreement, HAECO Xiamen will provide airframe services for the HK Express Airbus A320 fleet. The first completed project was a D2 maintenance check and HAECO Xiamen provided its usual high standard of service to the customer.

The airline is Hong Kong’s first and only low-cost carrier, with a business model focusing on low fares and on-time reliability. As a leading MRO service provider, HAECO Xiamen is well positioned to support the airline’s growth plan to over 30 A320 aircraft by 2018 as its destinations increase.
