On 6 December 2017, Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Ltd. (HAESL) held a ceremony to celebrate its 20th anniversary and the completion of its Phase VI facility extension.
VIP guests at the event included Augustus Tang, HAECO Group CEO, Mr Dominic Horwood, Chairman of HAESL and Director - Customers and Services, Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace, Mr Greg Hughes, Chief Operations and Service Delivery Officer, Cathay Pacific Airways, and Captain Victor Liu, Deputy Director-General of Hong Kong's Civil Aviation Department.
Occupying a floor area of 15,000 square metres, the new four-storey Phase VI facility provides additional engine overhaul workshop space and module activity capacity for HAESL.
The completion of the new facility marks a significant milestone for HAESL in response to the growing needs of its engine overhaul and repair customers.
