Cultivating a high performance culture

Jun 2018

In line with HAESL’s core values and culture of employee-engagement, the company is embarking on a new initiative - “High Performance Culture” (HPC) – aimed at enhancing the working environment for its staff members and better supporting them in performing their roles to the best of their abilities and thus delivering better service to customers.

HPC is a team-based training programme that adopts an experiential and insight-based learning methodology. By encouraging self-reflection and the internalisation of key concepts, it aims to create a sustainable change in participants’ behaviours. Widely adopted by industry leaders, such as Rolls-Royce, the HPC methodology has been proven not only to enhance organisational and team effectiveness, but to provide greater fulfilment for individual staff members.

HAESL started the HPC journey by inviting Rolls-Royce trainers to deliver key elements of the programme to the company’s management team and in-house facilitators in November 2017. The in-house facilitators commenced training the wider corps of HAESL staff members in April.
