In January, HAECO Hong Kong redelivered its first Boeing 777-300ER cabin retrofit project to AerCap, one of the world’s largest aircraft leasing companies. The project was the first of three contracted inputs for AerCap. The work scope covered installation of a Nitrogen Generation System (NGS), as well as the first-of-its-kind cabin modification, which included cabin realignment, installation of new seats, upgrading of the Video Control Cabinets (VCC) and installation of a new In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system. AerCap will deliver the remaining two of the three refurbished aircraft to Russian carrier, Azur Air, in the coming months.

The redelivery of the Boeing 777-300ER cabin retrofit marks a promising beginning to the business relationship between HAECO Hong Kong and AerCap. Both companies look forward to strengthening the partnership in the years to come.
