In August, Taikoo Engine Services (Xiamen) Co. Ltd. (TEXL) celebrated its 10th anniversary, as well as the completion of its 600th GE90 engine output. A celebration dinner was held on 30 August, with guests including government officials, TEXL senior management and board members, business partners, customers, and all staff members.
Since commencing operations in 2010, TEXL has established an outstanding reputation as a true Center of Excellence and a leading GE90 engine repair and overhaul facility. TEXL is working on the introduction of a second engine type, in order to expand its service offering and harness new opportunities in the constantly evolving global aviation market.
