To meet the needs of its expanding business, HAECO ITM has opened a second office at Hangar 3 in the HAECO Group’s headquarters at the Hong Kong International Airport to accommodate the Value Engineering (VE) team.

The new office has replaced cubicles with an open-plan work environment. V-shaped desks maximise space available and improve work efficiency, whilst designated areas and equipment for discussion groups facilitate brainstorming and boost creativity. Extensive use of electronic communication technology enables seamless communication with other teams, while the spacious, light-filled space facilitates energy savings – and also offers a great view of the airport apron and runway.

The VE team, which is the largest unit at HAECO ITM, works towards optimising component reliability and putting in place technical solutions that are economically beneficial for its customers.
