On 28 September, HAECO Hong Kong received the ANA Quality Award from longstanding customer, All Nippon Airways (ANA). The award assessed the operational and service quality of 13 ANA stations at airports around the world, with Hong Kong taking the top spot. The achievement is a testament to the dedication and efficiency of the HAECO Line Services team and also to the excellent working relationship that they have built with their counterparts at ANA.

 

HAECO Hong Kong has been providing line services support for ANA's fleet since 2005. The current scope of services includes comprehensive technical assistance, certification and release, cabin cleaning and the provision of ramp equipment for ANA’s Airbus A320neo, Boeing 737, 767, 777, and 787 aircraft.
