In December, HAECO Hong Kong completed its first Airbus A330neo engine change for Air Mauritius. HAECO Hong Kong’s partnership with Air Mauritius dates back to 2006, and the MRO provides comprehensive line maintenance support, including certification and release services, and aircraft exterior and interior cleaning for the airline’s Airbus A330neo, A350, and A330 fleets.

HAECO Hong Kong and Air Mauritius worked closely together during the project to overcome the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. HAECO Hong Kong’s line maintenance team put tremendous effort into planning and executing the engine change, to ensure it was completed successfully and promptly ahead of the holiday season. The successful completion of this project has further strengthened the partnership between HAECO Hong Kong and Air Mauritius, and HAECO looks forward to further opportunities to work closely with the airline in future.
