At HAECO, we believe people should be treated equally in the workplace – as well as in the wider community - regardless of gender. HAECO Male Allies was set up to promote gender-balanced workplace values and behaviour.

On 3 December, eight HAECO facilities in Hong Kong and across the Chinese Mainland marked HAECO Male Allies Day. It was encouraging to see a total of 1,071 staff members signing the HAECO Male Allies Declaration, showing their commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. It was a small but meaningful step towards achieving greater gender-balance across our industry.
