At HAECO, we take great pride in our diverse workforce and inclusive company culture. Recently, our HAESL team put these values into action by participating in a D&I Basketball Tournament organised by the Equal Opportunities Commission.

The HAESL team was made up of employees from varied backgrounds and cultures. As they competed together towards a shared goal, the team showcased the power of unity and teamwork.

"HAESL has created an incredibly inclusive environment where I feel confident to be myself," said Alaae Ferdosian, a Mechanic Trainee on the team. "This basketball tournament was a great way for us to come together, build connections, and have fun.“

Participating in the tournament provided an engaging experience that brought our colleagues closer together. It also helped promote HAECO's core values of respect, understanding and collaboration. We were thrilled when the HAESL team made it to the quarterfinals, demonstrating true sportsmanship.
