We are delighted to welcome our new cohort of HAECO aircraft maintenance engineer trainees in Xiamen! These aspiring engineers are set to embark on a comprehensive learning journey, gaining essential knowledge, regulatory insights, and hands-on skills through a combination of lectures and on-the-job training. Upon completing our rigorous 3-year program, they will earn their Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) license.

Since becoming a designated training organization by CAAC in 2006, the HAECO training academy in Xiamen has successfully trained nearly 600 aircraft maintenance engineers. We take pride in setting the standards for the next generation of MRO talent and are committed to building a robust talent pipeline to support the future development of our industry.
