As a key player in the aviation industry and a business committed to sustainability, HAECO is keen to collaborate with different partners in attracting talents to the aircraft maintenance industry.

In partnership with the Aviation Institute of Maintenance, HAECO Americas will be conducting employee spotlights in four US states—Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida—in 2025 and beyond, with the aim of introducing new and graduating students to its operations.

Recruiting teams, comprising enthusiastic employees, will attend select recruitment events across these states to attract future talent.
