HAECO strengthens AOG support capability

The HAECO Group has enhanced its Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) support services by launching a centralised material support centre that leverages Group-wide assets and technical capabilities to further strengthen customer support in emergency situations. The single-point AOG communication platform provides customers with access to a dedicated team of experienced material specialists on 24/7 standby to respond to critical AOG requirements. The service enhancement will shorten lead-time and increase success rates for AOG recovery.

 

The Group’s AOG service is fully supported by its subsidiaries and joint venture companies. HAECO ITM has the capability to provide rotable components for round-the-clock emergency AOG recovery throughout the Asia Pacific region. The Group’s extensive component repair and overhaul facilities in Hong Kong and Mainland China have comprehensive technical capabilities and access to rotable assets in line-replacement units, landing gear, nacelles, radomes and flight controls. Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) provides On-Wing Total Support, as well as more specialist work, including module and LRU replacement and fan case relining at customer-specified locations.

 

With its extensive hangar and workshop facilities, the HAECO Group is committed to providing one-stop-shop support to its customers’ flight operations, ensuring rapid recovery from operational disruptions in Hong Kong and around the region.
