On 29 October, Taikoo Engine Services (Xiamen) Ltd. (TEXL) organised a GE90 Operator Open Day for some 20 airline customers, including Cathay Pacific Airways, China Airlines, EVA Airways and GE Aviation. As a member of the HAECO Group, TEXL specialises in repair, overhaul and testing of GE Aviation’s GE90 engines.
Patton Chan, TEXL’s Director and General Manager, kicked off the event by delivering a presentation on the development, achievements and outlook for TEXL’s GE90 repair and overhaul business. A facility tour was arranged for customers and business partners, giving them a closer look at TEXL’s world-class facility and operations.
TEXL has received very positive feedback on the Open Day from its guests. The event demonstrated its commitment to supporting GE90 engines, as well as the company’s vision of being a world-class GE Aviation engine repair and overhaul service provider.
