HAECO Xiamen has recently completed airframe services and extensive cabin modifications on two Boeing 767 aircraft for Icelandair ehf (Icelandair). The service scope included a C-check, winglet modification, repainting, a complete NuLook cabin architecture upgrade, Wi-Fi connectivity, and the installation of new seats, In-Flight Entertainment (IFE), lavatories and a galley upgrade.
HAECO Xiamen completed its first work package for Icelandair last year and to date, has redelivered five aircraft to the airline, including four Boeing 767 and one Boeing 757 aircraft. Building on its previous experience and close cooperation with Icelandair’s on-site team, the MRO was able to redeliver the latest aircraft within an even quicker turnaround time – providing yet another testament to HAECO Xiamen’s service excellence.
