At HAECO, safety is our utmost priority. We recently organised a staff celebration event to honor our remarkable achievement of reaching 1000 days without any Lost-Time Injuries at our composite facility in Jinjiang, China.
We firmly believe that safety is a shared responsibility that involves the active participation of all departments and employees. It is not solely the duty of any individual or specific department. To embed a culture of safety within our organisation, we have implemented several practices. These include conducting Behavioral-based Safety Observation and management walks, as well as organise regular safety talks within our teams.
