In August, a graduation ceremony for HAECO Hong Kong trainees was held at SkyCity Marriott Hotel. The event marked the graduation and official entry into the aircraft engineering industry of over 120 hard-working young men and women.
Over 210 people attended the event, including trainees and their families, guests, the senior management team and other HAECO Hong Kong staff. Representatives from the Labour Department, Hong Kong SAR Government, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as the Institute of Vocational Education and Youth College and the Vocational Training Council celebrated the evening with the graduates.
Ten graduates were awarded a Golden “Fing-Fing” (a high-speed screwdriver) award in recognition of their outstanding performance and positive learning attitude.
