HAECO Group has recently released its 2021 Sustainable Development Report, unveiling our key SD achievements during the last year. Highlights include:
- Refocused our safety measurement from Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) to Total Injury Rate (TIR).
- Established the HAECO Group Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group as well as three new networks: the Ethnicity Network, Women’s Network and Male Allies.
- Developed 1.5°C-aligned science-based targets on Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions.
- Invested in our community through charitable donations totalling HK$3 million
HAECO Group Chief Executive Officer Frank Walschot said HAECO is proud to have been an early adopter and strong advocate of Sustainable Development:
