This year, our customer Cathay Pacific’s Regional China Annual Conference was held in January in Xiamen. As their trusted MRO partner, we were honoured to arrange a facilities tour for over a hundred Cathay Pacific staff to deepen their understanding of the services provided by HAECO.
Led by their Regional Head of Engineering, General Manager Greater Bay Area, and General Manager Chinese Mainland, our Xiamen team gave the delegation a tour of our hangars and showroom, giving them an overview of our operations and how we worked hand in hand with their team. The tour provided a comprehensive overview of both the MRO process and the breadth of our partnership, covering base and line maintenance, storage services, training, quality assurance, sustainability practices, and even our joint lean business projects.
