With the aim to address critical manpower shortages in eight trades, including aircraft maintenance technicians, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government announced a new channel for skilled trade professionals, allowing foreign individuals to apply for entry starting 30 June 2025.
HAECO fully supports this initiative to attract talented individuals with recognized aircraft engineering qualifications and relevant experience, contributing to a sustainable supply of skilled aircraft maintenance technicians. This will not only support the growth of HAECO Group, but also bolster the long-term development of the aviation industry in Hong Kong.
