In May, HAECO Xiamen celebrated the successful redelivery of its 800th aircraft (a Boeing 777-300ER) to the Cathay Pacific Group, marking another remarkable milestone in the enduring partnership between the two companies.
Over the past two decades, HAECO Xiamen has been working hand-in-hand with Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon to deliver safe, reliable and exceptional travel experiences to the airlines’ passengers. As HAECO Xiamen’s principal scheduled customer, the Cathay Pacific Group has commissioned the MRO service provider to complete a wide range of projects including maintenance, cabin retrofits and livery painting on a range of aircraft types, including Boeing 747 and 777, as well as Airbus A320, A330 and A340 aircraft. HAECO Xiamen also completed the world’s first Boeing passenger-to-freighter conversion on Cathay Pacific’s Boeing 747-400 aircraft in 2005.
