In a meaningful knowledge exchange, HAECO Male Allies, HAECO Women's Network, and Swire Coca-Cola Xiamen recently came together to share their respective journeys in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). The session revealed striking commonalities between the two companies, such as labour-intensive operations and male-dominated job categories, particularly within frontline production operations. Despite these similarities, both organizations exhibited a strong commitment to fostering D&I.
