HAECO Hong Kong is recruiting

HAECO Hong Kong is keen to recruit talented young people who are passionate about aviation to join our Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic Trainee (AMMT) and Aircraft Engineering Licence Trainee (AELT) programmes.

The AMMT scheme welcomes DSE graduates and will enable them to become qualified Junior Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics after one year. Trainees who show exceptional promise will be offered an apprenticeship and will be fully subsidised by HAECO to pursue a part-time course in the relevant disciplines.

For AELT scheme, the completion of the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) approved programme will see them obtain the HKAR-66 basic licence, starting their careers in certifying aircraft maintenance and leading their team of mechanics.

“HAECO is delighted to be cultivating internationally accredited engineers and skilled mechanics for the local MRO industry and to support the aviation development from Hong Kong's three runway system”, said Clement Au, HAECO Hong Kong’s General Manager, Training. HAECO Hong Kong plans to recruit 160 trainees in 2022.
